Please review these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing any packages offered by Sharp Sports Investments LLC (“the Company”). Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
All Sales are Final
Purchases made through Sharp Sports Investments LLC are final. Refunds and Cancellations will not be issued, except as explicitly stated in our Money Back Guarantee Policy.
Money Back Guarantee Policy
The Money Back Guarantee Policy applies to specific packages, including 3 Month, 6 Month, One Year, and Lifetime Packages.
Under this policy:
- For the 3 Month Package, if you have not made a profit, you may be eligible for a refund at the 90 Day mark after the initial purchase, provided you are still not in profit.
- For the 6 Month and Yearly Package, if you are not in profit at the package expiration date, you are eligible for refund.
- All single sports packages are Profit or Money Back Guarantees. If you’re not in profit at the end of the package, you are eligible for refund. However, to qualify, you must place every single bet we send you. If we are net positive in units, you are expected to be net profit in units, rendering you ineligible for the Guarantee.
- All Exclusives, Diamond, Emerald, and Sapphire Packages are profit or money back guarantees. This includes any duration beyond 3 Months of this package all the way up to Lifetime Duration. The Seasonal and 3 Months, and 1 Year Package come with a Money Back Guarantee after the package expires. The Lifetime Duration comes with the same Guarantee period as the 1 Year Package.
- For All Packages (Exclusive, Diamond, Emerald, Sapphire, VIP), your Guarantee is your expiration date. This includes the days added on for every day where there are no plays.
For example: If have you our 1 Year Package Exclusive or VIP Package, and we had 20 days of no plays on one of the packages. Your Guarantee would be extended 20 days.
If you purchase an Exclusive Package, your VIP Packages gets paused and extended on at the end of your Exclusive Package. The VIP Results also count towards the outcome of your Exclusive Package as you are getting VIP for Free for the duration of your Exclusive Package.
Refund Details
Refunds under the Money Back Guarantee Policy are limited to the purchase price of the package. The Company reserves the right to verify profit/loss claims and assess eligibility based on your investment history and activities.

Sharp Sports Investments LLC does not provide financial advice or guarantees of profit. Information and picks provided are for informational purposes only. Customers should exercise their own judgment before making investment decisions.
No Liability for Losses or Damages
Sharp Sports Investments LLC is not liable for losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by customers. Sports betting and investment carry inherent risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results.
Waiver of Legal Disputes
Purchasing a package waives your right to initiate legal disputes against the Company. You acknowledge the inherent risks of sports betting and investing.
Dispute Resolution and Defamation Clause
Credit Card disputes void eligibility for the Money Back Guarantee. Defamatory behavior against Sharp Sports Investments LLC or its representatives also voids eligibility.
Ineligibility for Money Back Guarantee
Any derogatory behavior or violations of the Company’s Code of Conduct render you ineligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
Confidentiality
Information provided is confidential and for the buyer’s use only. Sharing or disclosing this information may result in fines and legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
Content provided by Sharp Sports Investments LLC is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Sharp Sports Investments LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharp Sports Investments LLC from any claims arising from your use of our services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or country in which Sharp Sports Investments LLC operates.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sharp Sports Investments LLC.
Modification of Terms
These Terms are subject to change without notice. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
